Everyone, including the adults are required to remove outdoor footwear upon entering.
You must wear socks once inside.  Please let all your guests know.  Socks are available for purchase if anyone in your party forgets.

Please see  "Facility Rules and Policies for all other details that your guests will need to be aware of.

A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. All deposits are Non- Refundable but may be rescheduled.  All balances are due at the time of completion.

Arrive no more that 5 minutes before your scheduled party.  Your table will be ready for you at your scheduled time.

Only one birthday child per package. We will require a list of all party attendees at least 24 hours prior to your child's party.  This list may be faxed to 519-739-1552 or e-mailed to info@highjinkswindsor.com as well as dropped off. Sorry, we will not be able to take names over the phone.

If party guests are exceeded, additional fees will apply. Admission for all attending parents is free;siblings are additional (this includes crawler age children). Parties may not exceed 50 guests.

Your party has a fixed itinerary to fit nicely within the 2 hour time slot. Your 'Party Imagineer' will pace your party and let you know what will happen next (play time, pizza, cake cutting, presents, etc.).

Your Imagineer will do all of the work so you can enjoy your child's special day.
Gratuities for the Imagineer are welcomed and appreciated.

You may bring in your own nut-free cake or cupcakes. NO OTHER FOOD OR DRINK PERMITTED. Please label your dessert box with your child's first name so that we may properly store it.

Goody bags may be brought in, but please, we ask that you only give these out when the guests are leaving. This is so small children will not choke on any items that may fall on the floor..

Your Party Imagineer will offer you Add Ons.  if you order, this will be charged separately at the end of your party and not included in your package.

We recommend that these choices are selected at the time you book your party, but can be requested the day of your birthday party. If you choose to select these items on the day of your birthday party, these options will be based on availability.
